Meditation is both an art and a science, is the intuitive art of finding the romance between soul and spirit, and science of managing your life away from the distractions of the physical senses to understand the presence of spirit actually. Some groups begin the session of meditation with mantras, requests or songs which enables them to recognize the group’s conscience to be energy in the form of love, closeness, support and other favorable feelings.
